[10.0] IE11 visual glitches

IE11 on WIN7

Please try the #fullMenu sample in the showcase, you'll see a defect in the menu as in the attachment ie11.png

Also, IE11 displays a disabled scrollbar on the right, as you could see in the other attachment.
