Reg: Error icon message is not displaying always in the ListGrid

Hi,

Please find the below video:

In Arabic , In Grid mode after validating the grid then the error icon is appearing. But the message which is displaying when we hover on the icon is not displaying always.

Please find the attached html code as a test case.

Please have a look on video and the test case and please suggest me to resolve the issue.

We are working on the below environment:
SmartClient version : Isomorphic SmartClient/SmartGWT Framework (9.1p_2014-10-26/PowerEdition Deployment 2014-10-26)

Browser : IE9

All fixed applied to an older version are applied to newer versions as well.
