Date Range in Date Picker allows year between 2015 to 2020 only

Smarclient Version: v10.0p_2015-04-01/Enterprise Development Only

We have recently upgraded to smartclient 10.0 from 8.2.
After upgrading, we are unable to select year before 2015 and beyond 2020 in the date picker/chooser provided by the smartclient.

Please let me know is there any fix for this is avaliable or a way to set year range in datepicker/chooser?
