Populate key field. ListGrid

Here is a fragment of dataSource:

I am adding a new record like this:
lstConsistPersonnel.startEditingNew()

I need to populate header_id with a value because I want to have it on the server when I submit data. How can I do that?

startEditingNew() takes a 'new values' parameter, so you can specify your desired primary key in that object.
