ToolStrip: always on top

Hi,

Is there a way to make a ToolStrip always stay on top? Even if i try to move a window over it, the window must go above it.

Also, is there a way to easily generate a Taskbar that shows all open windows? Or is this something that i have to control on my own ( windows that are opened, closed etc. )

I would also be interested if there is a way to keep a ToolStrip always on top. Think like the 'Start bar' in Windows that stays on top even when you drag a window down over it.

Edit: I was trying to achieve this in SmartGWT, but I see this thread is in the non GWT forum.
