frozen columns as part of ListGrid viewState

It seems logical that the currently frozen columns should be part of the viewState that you can persist for a ListGrid especially because more than one column can be frozen. Any chance that is something that can be added to viewState for 7.0?

This is not part of 7.0, and so far isn't part of the 8.0 codeline, sorry. It is planned, but not assigned to anyone yet.

So, any chance of this making into 8.0 at this point? Frozen columns are a really nice feature but we can't use it unless we can save the viewState including whether columns are frozen. Is there any way we could interrogate each field to determine whether it is frozen and then save that as part of our own custom "view state" ?

You can just look at field.frozen.
