Listgrid: how to filter when a field value is empty?

Hi,

I have a listgrid with filterEditor enabled. Some of my users are asking how they can search for a field where the value is empty.

Example:

I have a column called "Assigned To" that contains the name of the users which an ticket is assigned.

Some of the tickets, are not assigned to any user. How can i search for those tickets? Is there a magic word for this?
