I'd like to suggest to add "Loading..." for Items which have optionalDataSource set.
There can be a time delay between the record is shown and when the data from optionalDataSource is loaded.
Instead of expected loading there is a key value, usually ID.
Many users can be confused if for example they can see 15 in user name field for several seconds.
