Deck animation

The Deck component is a recent addition to SmartClient and we're really liking it - we had hacked together something similar to a NavPanel without it for prior SmartClient releases.

One feature we wish we'd have is the ability to animate transitions when setting the current pane (e.g. to have the new pane slide in from one of the sides).

This makes sense as an enhancement and we've noted it down.
