simple filter (above listgrid) could handle simple expressions

Would be nice if you could write for example ">100" for numeric column and get all record that has values greater than 100 in this field...

Current solution accepts only "equals" conditions and in some cases useless - for example when you have list of all orders from your shop you never search for those that has exactly 100USD, or clients who are exactly 18 years old :)

I know filterbuilder component... but it is too scary for most non-IT end users :-)

simple filter above listgrid with very simple operators (for example only for number and date fields) would be nice.
