Custom Date formatter for DateItem

Hi,

I need to show a Date in a DateItem in custom format. So I passed a JS function to “displayFormat” attribute of DateItem. It works fine and shows Date in correct format. BUT DateItem.getValue() returns a String with formatted date, not original Date. It seems to me that it is a bug.

You need to set the input format to match.
