Filter expressions and custom SQL fileds

Hi,
I am trying to use a list grid with advanced filter headers:

exclusionGridDefaults: {
…
allowFilterExpressions: true,
showFilterEditor:true,
showFilterExpressionLegendMenuItem:true,
…
}

However I noticed that if I have a customSQL field in the data source:

<fields>
<field name=“PROJECT_NAME” title=“Project” customSQL=“true” canEdit=“false”/>
</fields>

advanced filtering on it won’t work. Is this true?

Right. customSQL=“true” means we do not generate SQL at for the field. See the QuickStart sections on SQL Templating in the Server Framework chapter for details.
