How to a TreeGrid with checkbox be selected singly.

I want to use TreeGrid with checkbox. And most importantly, the TreeGrid must be selected singly. The following code is list below.
When check the checkbox, the TreeGrid works normally, only one record can be selected.
But when uncheck the checkbox which has been checked. It doesn’t work.The checkbox can not be unchecked.

How can I do to implement the treeGrid with checkbox be selected singly.
