I've retested this bug in the latest downloadable version SmartClient_v111p_2017-10-25_Pro.
I don't know if the bugs you have mentioned are already fixed, but the described problem persists in Firefox 56.0.1 (64-Bit)

There was no response, but at least I'm reporting that this issue does not appear anymore in the latest Firefox 57 or latest Chome 62.

Hi Isomorphic,

this one has always been happening for me as well and still is, see here using with Chromium 93 and Firefox 92 under Win10 FullHD with no system zoom and no browser zoom.
The video shows Firefox with the issue for the date and the sample tabs. In Chromium it is only happening for the tabs.

We still have no machines where this can be reproduced, with multiple attempts by multiple developers.

Best guess is some kind of system-level utility or plugin you have that interferes with core browser rendering in this specific way. Or, perhaps you keep testing with unusual cache settings.
