MultiFileItem's Cancel button

This was sent to me by our QC team and I don't have an answer for them. We are using SmartClient Version: v12.1p_2021-02-23/Enterprise Deployment (built 2021-02-23), but I can replicate the behavior on the Feature Explorers for both 12.1 and 13:

The steps to reproduce are:

1. Click the add file (+) button. The file selection popup should display.
2. Click "Choose File" button. Select a file to attach.
3. Click the "Cancel" button.
4. The "Files" list on the main page does not show a file in it. This is expected.
5. Add a "Title" and click the "Save Form" button.
6. The file uploads and it is saved.

Both the QC team and I are in agreement that that probably shouldn't be the way the "Cancel" button works.

I could find no way to alter the behavior of the popup window.

Any help would be appreciated.

We've made some changes to address this behavior in the 12.1, 13.0 and 13.1d branches.
Please try the next nightly build, dated Jan 8 or above and let us know if you continue to experience problems here
